Byte the Bullet, LLC uses artificial intelligence tools and technologies as part of our service delivery. These AI tools are designed to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and automate routine tasks. However, AI systems have limitations and may not always produce perfect results.
When you provide data to be processed by AI systems, you acknowledge that:
• Your data may be processed by third-party AI providers under their terms and, where appropriate, a data processing agreement
• We select providers that do not use client data to train their models, and we will not submit your data to a model-training process without your written consent
• You are responsible for removing sensitive information before submission
• We take reasonable precautions to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security
AI systems are powerful tools but have inherent limitations:
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors
• Results should be reviewed and validated by humans before use
• AI cannot replace professional judgment in critical decisions
• Performance varies depending on input quality, complexity, and available training data
• AI systems may struggle with novel, niche, or highly specialized topics
AI outputs must not be used as the sole basis for consequential decisions, including those affecting employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, or legal rights, without qualified human review and compliance with applicable laws (for example, EEOC guidance and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act). You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated materials complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
All AI-generated deliverables and recommendations are reviewed by qualified human professionals before being provided to clients. However, human review cannot catch every error or limitation. Clients remain responsible for final decisions and outcomes.
Deliverables we create for you, including AI-assisted work product, are owned by you as set out in our Terms of Service. Under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, purely AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection without sufficient human authorship. We apply meaningful human review and authorship to deliverables, but we do not guarantee that any specific output is eligible for copyright or other intellectual property protection.
We use third-party AI providers and platforms to deliver services. These providers have their own terms of service and data policies. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers according to their terms. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
AI systems are continuously evolving. Byte the Bullet regularly updates its AI tools, processes, and methodologies to improve accuracy and effectiveness. However, we cannot guarantee that improvements will always be beneficial for your specific use case.
By engaging our AI services, you consent to:
• The use of AI tools in processing your data and requests
• The processing of your data by third-party AI providers
• The limitations and risks inherent to AI systems
• Human review and modification of AI-generated content
We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or limitations in AI-generated content or recommendations. This includes lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated materials.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI-generated materials complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes industry-specific requirements, intellectual property laws, and data protection regulations.
